About Strive

empowering vulnerable youth across the spectrum

Creating a positive impact!

Our Mission and Vision:

At Strive, our mission is to empower vulnerable youth across the spectrum, including those entangled in gangs, vulnerable to CSE, alcohol, and drug abuse, as well as youth offenders.

We embrace neuro-diverse individuals facing challenges related to Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health.

Our support network also reaches those who have experienced Trauma, victims of Sexual Debt, survivors of Criminal Bondage, individuals who have escaped Modern Slavery, or those seeking asylum (UASC). Additionally, we provide assistance to victims of Financial Exploitation and Missing Persons.

Our Team:

Our team comprises seasoned leaders in children’s services, holding roles such as Registered Managers, Quality Assurance, Senior Leadership, Consultants, Service Managers, and Experienced Social Care Support Workers.

We also have Qualified Youth Justice, Behaviour Support, Prevention and Intervention Specialists, Trainers, Teachers, and Tutors among our team. Leveraging this wealth of experience, we’re passionately engaged in creating a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Consider these questions as we embark on this journey:

Are you seeking to instil a lasting culture of empowerment and wellbeing tailored to the needs of young individuals in your organisation?

Is your organisation navigating significant changes in response to the evolving needs of today’s youth?

Are you observing signs of high-risk behaviour among your young participants?

Is there an increasing need for mental health support and guidance?

Do you want to establish a supportive environment that enhances creativity and resilience among young individuals?
